Citimuber Driver

Every driver is screened before they’re permitted to drive on our platform, starting with professional third-party background check, Criminal background check from NBI records and Police records for review of convictions in Philippines, in some other jurisdictions. Among other things, Citimuber disqualifies driver applicants for violent crime, felony, sexual offense, or drug-related convictions that appear on a background check.

Citimuber App Safety Features

Both driver and booker has a customized panic button on their Citimuber apps, that when the delivery ride started, the panic button will automatically enabled. Once the booker or a driver sense that their life is in danger, They can tap the panic button at once to choose the Police number or their immediate relatives for an emergency call or sms.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Citimuber maintains a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy for Citimuber drivers. To report suspicions of intoxicant use by a Citimuber driver, email us or contact us directly.

Two-way Ratings

We treat every person fairly. Passengers and drivers rate each other after every delivery-ride. If you rate someone 3 stars or below, you’ll never be matched with them again. Citimuber takes all user ratings and driver feedback very seriously. In addition, Bookers or Passengers can record their favorite drivers on their dashboard, they can also ban drivers that they dont want to use.
