How does Citimuber Work?

Your tap is your command. Every Tap in your smartphone or in our Citimuber website through our customized app is the fastest way to deliver anything.

Booking is simple and easy with Citimuber app.

Download our mobile app from the Google or Apple stores or simply open your internet and try our web app.

Key in your pick-up and drop-off locations to get your estimated fare. Citimuber will find you available vehicles near your pickup. Add up to 10 destinations per booking!

Select the right vehicle for your delivery-ride. Then select your timing preference within 60 minutes or preschedule for up to 2 weeks in advance.

Citimuber app matches you with a driver in about a minute and provides you with the driver’s contact details and estimated time of arrival to pickup location. If your booking is immediate, Driver will arrive within 30-60 minutes. If your booking is prescheduled, he’ll arrive on the requested day and time.

Once your items are loaded and your delivery is in progress, you can track your driver's location and estimated time of arrival in our app. Call our Hotline for assistance anytime.

On every delivery, Citimuber app will give you a delivery code that is visible on the rider or passenger app once the trip is started. This delivery code shall be inputted on Drivers app to complete each delivery. If there are multiple destinations, you’ll receive one delivery codes on every start of the trip. All codes shall be keyed in to complete each delivery. Don’t forget to rate your driver from 1-5 stars after all deliveries completed.
